Coronavirus: What are the rules on weddings?

It's great news for us as a business as signs of movement on lockdown starts to become released from the government.

A statement below -

Weddings of up to 30 people will be allowed to take place in England again from early July, as part of the easing of lockdown restrictions.

In short -

About 250,000 weddings take place in the UK each year - adding an estimated £10bn to the economy.

After having all our weddings for 2020 rearranged until December or for 2021 we are so pleased to see things lifting, although see 2021 to being a very busy busy year for us.

With the news we see more importance of having video on your big day certainly if intimate wedding parties are only being allowed currently.

Social distancing.

The two metre rule on social distancing is to be relaxed to "one metre plus" where 2m is not possible from 4 July, the prime minister has said.

We will look forward to providing more news where we can, and we are very much looking forward to getting back to doing what we do best.
